LIBERTÀ KITCHEN

Libertà is a love letter to authentically delicious Italian food and culinary craft in the heart of Lisbon.

Born and raised in Castione della Presolana, our Chef Silvio Armanni learned how to cook with his grandmother and after 15 years (and a Michelin star) refining his craft in restaurants around the world, he now delivers a produce-driven menu rooted in traditions but executed with a contemporary touch.

Libertà doesn’t play bu the rules –  it creates it’s own game. One that brings the most simple and honest human truths to the front stage again. A true Unconventional Italian Kitchen.

OYSTER & CHAMPAGNE BAR

The classic combination of oysters and champagne, to be enjoyed while overlooking the Avenida da Liberdade. The pairing of Champagne & Oysters is the highlight of the Oyster & Champagne Bar, which takes you on a sensory journey along the Portuguese coast: “The Art of tasting takes time” where you can enjoy two units of oysters from different regions of the country – Algarve, Setúbal and Aveiro – with two flutes of Piper-Heidsieck champagne, the most awarded champagne house of the century.

CERVEJARIA LIBERDADE

At Cervejaria Liberdade, experience the essence of Portuguese flavors in an ambiance of elegance and refinement. Its high ceilings and large windows overlooking Avenida da Liberdade let in a unique light creating an enduringly welcoming atmosphere that lasts throughout the day. The menu pays homage to traditional recipes with dishes that have already become timeless city favorites and, in line with Lisbon’s quintessential brewery culture, it also guarantees the freshest fish and seafood from the coast. The proposal also includes some of the iconic dishes favored by regulars at the Tivoli Hotel, where it is located, such as the Steak Tartare or the Crêpes Suzette, prepared with skill and finesse right before the diners’ eyes.

The Art Deco inspired style and the breathtaking views over the hills of Lisbon combine perfectly with a flavor packed menu by chefpreneur Olivier da Costa.
Inspired by contemporary cuisine and influenced by Mediterranean and Japanese gastronomy, the versatile menu is designed to be shared at a table full of friends.

In addition to the gastronomic offer and original mixology, our resident DJ makes sure there is a great atmosphere every night where the motto is to sin and be seen.
