Vanguard Properties, currently the largest real estate developer operating in Portugal, was born in 2017 as a result of a partnership established between a European family office, led by Luso-Swiss investor Claude Berda and José Cardoso Botelho, a manager with extensive experience in the national real estate sector.

Currently, the group has 22 urban and tourist projects in its portfolio. Divided into privileged locations in Lisbon, Oeiras, Algarve and Comporta, they add up to a gross construction area of ​​around 1,027,781 m2 above ground, in a total investment of over 1,215 million euros.
