The pairing of Champagne & Oysters is the highlight of the Oyster & Champagne Bar, which takes you on a sensory journey along the Portuguese coast: “The Art of tasting takes time” where you can enjoy two units of oysters from different regions of the country – Algarve, Setúbal and Aveiro – with two flutes of Piper-Heidsieck champagne, the most awarded champagne house of the century.
