Libertà Kitchen presents new dishes
With the arrival of spring and the desire for fresher meals, Libertà Kitchen introduces three new dishes on its menu. The kitchen of this Italian restaurant, led by chef Silvio Armanni, brings a refreshing antipasti option straight from the sea: Calamari e puntarelle, made with fresh Atlantic squid, Italian chicory salad ‘puntarelle’, olives, and Mediterranean herb sauce.
As a main course, there’s a fusion of Portuguese and Italian cuisine with Maiale ibérico con salsa al Madeira, featuring Portuguese black pork, caramelized red onions, organic vegetables, mustard and Madeira sauce, traditional 12-year-old Modena balsamic vinegar.
For seafood and pasta lovers, a Spaghetti chitarra con gamberetti arancia e peperoncino awaits: ‘Mancini’ spaghetti with Algarve shrimp, confit fennel, orange, and chili.
