Lisbon Heritage Hotels has been recognized for the exceptional quality of its service and its efforts to make the holiday experience rewarding. Inclusion in the Best of the Best list of Tripadvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards and in the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2023 represents the appreciation given to the group’s continuous dedication to serving its customers.

The Best of the Best distinction – Travellers’ Choice Awards from Tripadvisor, recognized as one of the most prestigious in the travel industry and awarded based on traveler reviews over 12 months, was awarded in the category of hotels that offer a reference service at all levels, to Hotel Britania Art Deco and Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel. Hotel Lisboa Plaza was also recognized by Tripadvisor customers, receiving the Travellers’ Choice Award certificate.

The British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award, which annually rewards hotels responsible for the best offering, was awarded to Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel and Hotel Lisboa Plaza. This award highlights the Heritage group’s commitment to making each guest’s stay memorable, providing them with a quality vacation.
