Tax Free is a service that offers a tax refund (VAT) of up to 15% for customers not resident in the European Union.

Just ask for the Tax Free form at the time of purchase and validate it at Customs when leaving the European Union.

Services:

Tax Free Shopping on your Smartphone. Personalized tracking of your Tax Free refund on your mobile phone. You just need to provide your contact details when issuing the Tax Free form at the shop.

Refund kiosk at Lisbon Airport. You will be able to receive your refund, before your departure. We are located in Terminal 1, after security check and before the Duty Free store.
