
Free Performance at Hotel Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Opens the Ibero-American Literature Night

On October 15th at 6:30 PM, the elegant lobby of the Hotel Tivoli Avenida Liberdade will be transformed into a stage for artistic and cultural celebration with the performance “Colombia, a Country that Dreams”, marking the opening of the 3rd Ibero-American Literature Night 2025.
With free admission, the event invites the public to immerse themselves in a world of poetry and music, featuring actor and writer André Gago (Portugal, voice), Víctor Zamora (Cuba, piano), and Carlos Barretto (Portugal, double bass), with special appearances by Edouard Rambourg (France, saxophone) and poet Lauren Mendinueta (Colombia, voice).
Led by the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI) and the José Saramago Foundation, the Ibero-American Literature Night brings together in Lisbon over 30 authors and musicians from 12 countries, under the theme “Reading: New Directions, New Challenges.”
