A New menu at Cerverjaria Liberdade
At Cervejaria Liberdade you’ll find Portuguese flavours in an elegant and refined setting. Its high ceilings and glazed windows overlooking the wide pavements of Avenida da Liberdade let in a special light, creating an inviting atmosphere that lasts throughout the day.
The novelty for this month of July is the new menu that is now available. It is inspired by traditional recipes and honours local ingredients.
Among the new dishes created by chef Miguel Silva are scarlet shrimp rissole with sriracha mayonnaise, the fresh codfish carpaccio with romesco sauce, Grouper casserole with shrimp and or the roasted octopus with tomato “xerém”, kale or chorizo olive oil, among others.
There are also new flavours in the desserts segment, created by Pastry Chef Monica Azevedo, such as traditional “Farófias” floating island, the conventual sweet “Brisas do Liz” with passion fruit sorbet, or a twist on the traditional “Doce da Casa”, which here includes whipped cream, coffee cream and biscuit.
In the spirit of Lisbon’s most iconic breweries, the Cervejaria Liberdade continues to guarantee the freshest fish and shelfish from the coast – oysters, tiger prawns, Brown crab, Eupoean and Spiny lobster are the stars of the menu.
The menu also includes some iconic dishes favoured by regulars at the Tivoli Hotel, where it is located, such as the Steak Tartare or the Crêpes Suzzete – expertly prepared in front of the customer.
Cervejaria Liberdade is open every day from 12.30 to 23.30.
